What Determines Price?


The market determines your price range and my job is to net YOU the most from that range, with the most favorable terms. We know what the market says your range is based on active, pending and sold comparables.


Time on Market

If your home doesn’t have at least 10 showings and an offer within the first 3 weeks, the market is telling us it needs a price adjustment. With me a traditional sale, if we are not under contract within 6 weeks, we have missed our window for top dollar and the height of interest from the market.
